I want my iphone 4s to be special.. can it be unlocked???

I kept hearing about these folks that got the "congrats your phone unlocked" or whatever it is... I want to know if I still have that option of some miracle way that this phone can be unlocked by simple restore??

Note* bought phone from App store application, sent from hong kong (64gb white) got it with 2year discount $400. Thanks

Your phone will never be special. It's a mass produced, dime a dozen, iPhone. Kids & old people everywhere have them. Common as heck, it's just a phone.
