I want only horizontal scrolling reversed. Possible?

Hi. I prefer the vertical scroll as in SL, but for the horizontal scroll, I prefer the new, reversed, horizontal scrolling of Lion. Is it possible to have these two at the same time?

The option in system preferences turns on/off for both at the same time.
