I want to improve the look of my website

I always want to improve the look of my website. It has been basically unchanged for several years for now. I spend most of my time to try to improve the instant delivery system. But, I think it is the time to upgrade the appearance also.

Any suggestions of where to start?

I would like to add, I think your site looks simple and clean, well done. I just think it's risky to use an unknown, untrusted, unverified site made by a "newbie" on here which is also probably against US customs laws, and possibly Apple TOS.
