Hi! My iPhone has a problem. The problem is that every time i get a call, the person that i talk to can't hear me at all if i don't put it on speaker. I talked to the guy in the store and he told me it could be a software problem and not a hardware problem. He told me to restore it with the computer and i have some questions.

If i restore it through the computer, will my iCloud backup still be there on the iPhone or will it go away?

If i restore it, should i make all the apps come back through iCloud or the computer?

Should i try with a new account in the phone before restoring from an iCloud backup to see if i have a problem with my account?

First, try a search on these forums. Try searching 'backup, restore' and you should find some good information to answer most, if not all of your questions.
