I want to read ads on safari but they are blocked

All superfluous screen information is excluded
eg apart from the contents only of a News story.I have either downloaded an ad blocker, a virus or set safari to some strange setting.
After trying many ways to remove this problem I finally did a reinstall of the operating system.

I still have the problem.I can't upload my screen shots because of this problem and when writing on this thread the screen is blacked out in many parts. I don't want to do a fresh installation of Catalina.Running a late 2103 21inch iMac. I know I caused this problem
