Few days back I had to reinstall iOS7 in my iPhone 5 then I stopped receiving junk mail from my hotmail account. What do I have to do to start receiving again JUNK mail?

I'm not sure what you can do to get your Junk mail back...but if you post your email address, i'll be glad to forward all my Spam to you.

On a side note, if you know the domain the emails will be coming from you can add them as an exception to your junk filter I think.

Check your account online. Do you have any junk mail there? Edit: If not, then your account does not contain any junk mail.

I have Gmail, and I can read e-mail from my junk mail folder.

Imagine what someone might use as a temporary e-mail address and type it in. Chances are someone has created such a temporary e-mail address recently, and you will find tons of SPAM emails for that address.
