I want to remove widgets

For the life of me I can not find the folder of where the widgets are, i searched for several widgets but there enclosing folder is iphoto, can anyone help???

Press the + in the bottom left of dashboard, then Manage Widgets.

Open up Dashboard. Click on the plus sign then "Manage widgets"

There are also .plist files that you can throw away in Users/Library/Preferences. Look for the ones that start with widget-com...
