I recently bought an iPhone 4 in USA with no service plan. I took it to Denmark in the belief that it wouldn't be locked... but it was. It turns out that unlike in Denmark, in USA even iPhones without service plans are locked to AT&T. And AT&T won't unlock them. I have been looking for unofficial unlocks, but the phone is born with iOS 4.1 and there's still no hack for that.
Now I am going to New York in February, so I'll bring the phone and try to sell it. I would like to post it on Craigslist so interested people on the area can get in contact with me.
But posting on Craigslist needs an account that needs verification via a US phone number [sic!]
Can anyone help me out with a phone number and mail me the verification code? I would be very thankful!! You can mail me at info@webdezign.dk
