Check out what your model is currently selling for on eBay. That will give an idea of how much you'll get for yours as well.

I think it depends, when I have sold electronics before (older model iphones, etc) you have to look at how much they are going for at the store (nobody is going to pay you $240 for it if they can buy a new one for $249 at walmart).

Another thing to consider is how good or bad you have treated it and search online (craigslist, etc) to see how much others are selling theirs for and the condition of those.

They're $250 new and refurbished units are around $200 so I wouldn't expect to get more than $150 for it on Craigslist.
