I want to sync iPhone with both OS X and Windows

So I have 2 computers. One running OSX and one running Windows. I have an iPhone that I want to sync with both but not for the same things.

On OSX, I want to sync everything except movies and tv shows.

On Windows, I want to sync movies and tv shows only.

It's pretty obvious that I'll be keeping movies and tv shows on the windows computer while holding everything else like apps, music, etc on OSX

Can iTunes handle this without any problems or will iTunes decide to delete everything the second I plug into a different computer?

U know I did this by accident. I have contact info on OSX and everything else on Windows, and it syncs both! Try it, if it asks you "do you want to replace this library" then back off.
