If you get to the part where you've been able to click the phone (after they check your account), check your cart. That's what happened to me last night -- never fully and smoothly went through the process, but at one point I clicked into the cart and the phone was there. Just because the web page doesn't refresh completely doesn't mean they didn't get the entry in to their database on the back end.
Mine is actually stuck in my cart... I got it into my cart over an hour ago but every time I try to check out the pages errors out or dies. I have literally been trying to check out for the last hour.
The problem is that it is being hammered by a lot of people. Some people are, abet slowly, getting through and completing their orders. If they take it down, then NO ONE is. As people slowly work their way through, that means less people will be trying again later. Thus it will get better over time. But if they take it down, it will just start all over again when it comes up.
