My iPhone 5 fell off the counter the other day and despite having a case, it fell flat on the front side. Later that day I noticed a buzzing distortion noise while I was talking on the phone a few different times that day.

Ever since then I have had no problems though and that was two days ago. I have an appointment made with apple scheduled for tomorrow. Should I cancel my appointment? Even though it showed I had good service could it have been something to do with my service that caused the buzzing and distortion sound in my ear piece? The drop wasn't very far at all. I'm thinking this may have just been a coincidence or something. What do you think? There is no cosmetic damage to the phone whatsoever.
