My spigen glass screen protector arrived today and I installed it. Two hours later I was exiting my car and tried to hold the phone, keys, wallet, and a bottle of water all at once. Dropped the phone from waist high and landed on it's face. The glass protector did it's job. Only bad thing is that I have to pay $25 for another protector.

I am using the apple leather case, it did it's job too. But the leather is teared at the point of impact.

Yeah same on mine. I'm using product red. Ever time I drop the phone with the case on, it tears and it's getting dirty quickly.i took it back to apple and they gave me a refund and I got the brown one.

Now you need to drop it again the same way without the glass to see if the screen cracks. Since the glass sticks out more it may have not affected the screen in your drop.

Not really. What happens was the case kept on attracting dirt even though i kept it in a clean environment. It just wouldn't make sense. So I retuned it. I never knew that using a case like that would attract dirt the way it did.
Since I've been using the brown leather case , I'm not having those same problems.
