iPad mini I was using multitasking gestures to switch between apps and the iOS diagnostic

I did not open this app, non-jailbroken ipad mini iOS 6.1.2. Here's a screenshot


Rebooted and it did not fix it. It happens if I swipe from the app Im current using twice using the four finger gesture.

That's normal. Rather like spotlight is on the far left this is in the far right, by design.
