I don't like the way it's worded, I think it's unnecessarily confusing. That aside, what I have gathered is that you should receive a box from them in which to send the iPod back in. The box should arrive within 2 business days and you have 10 days from the time that they sent it out to get it back to them with the iPod in it. All of this use of the word "original" and such just seems like unnecessary confusion.
