I wonder which Apple store is telling the truth

I posted here yesterday that when I brought my iPhone4 into an Apple store here in AZ regarding the yellow color that my phone have. The genius guy I talked to at the store told me he didn't see the yellow I was talking about and said Apple has an internal memo that to tell customers to wait 2 weeks and the yellow should go away.

Today I called 2 different stores and none of them heard about that 2 weeks wait and all told me to bring the phone in. I guess I am going try one more time because if the phone got warm from using outside here in AZ the yellow color suddenly become too visible like the screen was burning or something.

I had seen other posts that attributed a yellow color to the adhesive still drying on new phones.

As for being out in the sun - were you looking at it in direct sunlight, or were you referencing the phone warming up in the heat and then appearing yellow in a shady area (or back inside a building)?
