I07 has crashed my phone and it won't restore?

Hi - I tried to download I07 and its crashed by phone. I now have to connect to I Tunes to restore it but ITunes is telling me its going to take 4 hrs. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you.

You could do a GM search, and download the file from somewhere other than Apple. Would be a lot quicker, seeing how the servers are being hammered.

Not sure I know how to do a GM search or how to download the file from somewhere else so I'm a bit stuck but thank you anyway.
