I4 turns off at 70%

My I4 is on 5.0.1 JB and it is turning off when it reaches 70% battery life remaining it started doing this at around 20% remaining and progressivly got worse. I can power it back on after a few minutes of power down time but it will shut off again after just a few minutes of use.

Thoughts?
suggestions?
fixes?
