My guess is that they are configuring the CPU a little differently than how the 7Y75 is listed. Since about 2013, Intel has offered a nominal TDP and a TDP-down on mobile CPUs, and it is up to the manufacturer to configure the CPU based on their cooling solution. With MacBook being all aluminum, they must be able to boost the CPU slightly, despite passive cooling. I'd be curious to see what model your CPU is listed as using an Intel CPUID program.
