i7 13" MacBook Pro or maxed out Air?

I'll be getting an new Macbook for my Design course which would probably involve web development, flash development and lots of Photoshop, fireworks and illustrator also there might be interface coding for iOS apps. I also play Steam games (L4D2, TF2 and maybe getting Portal 2).

Will the Air be sufficient or should I get the i7" 13" Macbook Pro. Also do you have potability issues with the 15"? :)

I'd say the pro man, you get about 50fps in l4d with it on low/medium + you will end up LOVING the process speed
