I've heard of some people replacing theirs, but my concern is that I use it daily, and am under deadlines. Is there a way to make sure I have no more than one day of downtime with Apple's replacement policy?

Thanks,

-Evan

Apple support would be the people to ask, not a bunch of nerds on a forum.

Unless those nerds on the forum happen to have had similar experiences and could suggest a course of action that could yield me the desired result... :p

Order a second one, then return the worst of the two. (Apple wont send out a replacement until they have the original machine back).
