i7+ Live Wallpaper Broken - My Error?

Hey guys... am i doing something wrong? I select the fish live wallpaper on my i7+ 256 matte black, i se4t it to home screen, and no matter how much pressure i use or don't use on the screen or anywhere on the phone, the fish just won't animate.

Am i doing something wrong?

Live wallpapers don't animate on home screen. Only lock screen that too when u apply pressure
