i7 quad or i5 dual

I was about to buy the 2014 base spec 13 inch mbp (2.6 i5 dual, tb to 3.1ghz 8gb ram 128mb flash storage) when I just discovered that for $360 more I can buy an October 2013 15 Inch mbp (2.0 i7 quad tb to 3.2ghz, 8gb ram, 256gb flash storage).

Will be used for graphic design in adobe cs, basic hd video editing, most likely for resale in 2 years.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I would go with the 15" since with Video editing and Photo editing that quad core comes in handy.
