So I sat for 15 hours straight trying to install windows. First tried (legit) copy of vista several times. The 32-bit version. It installed fine, and when I got to my windows desktop, the computer shut itself off and refused to boot windows again. Instead I got either a blinking underscore OR loads of error messages, saying something about a bad partition. My partitions are always made in bootcamp and re-formatted in the windows installation.
So then I tried a 64-bit vista version. Same stuff, although the install did not always finish. Then tried XP, same story, install would not finish. Windows 7 32 AND 64 bit failed miserably as well, giving me all kinds of dos errors when booting up and sending me to a weird command line.
So...nothing windows seems to work. I am completely stunned and do not know what to do. Is anyone else having the same issue? I tried manually deleting the windows display driver in a "repair" mode, as some sites suggests. Did nothing though. Please help if you know anything..
