I7CIPB~N Error when Sharing files between mac and pc

I'm dragging files to my PC through a network connection, but some of the files such as documents and iMovie projects have this file called I7CIPB~N that is 0kb, and I can't drag the files to the PC because it gives me a error. If it wasn't for this file, I could back up my Mac to my PC a lot more easily. Do you know of a way to fix this?
