Hi,

Now that the patch has been out and somewhat fixed the thermal throttling of the CPU’s. I am interested to know what the day to day temperatures of the i9’s are under normal and light loads.

Those who have i9’s, have you noticed it running particularly hot under light/normal loads?

From what I have seen from all the benchmarks, the i7’s and i9’s all run at around 80-90C under sustained high workloads but what about days to day?

Thanks

40C on idle <50C for boring stuff like excel and it’s quick to cool down when it’s finished crunching numbers.

Great thanks. So that’s pretty standard operating temps for most cpu’s including i7’s and i5’s?
