IA Domains Caches Out Date

For the past month and a half my Mac Book Pro gets these random flash warnings that last less then a second so I can't read what they say. So I decided to check Console out when it happened, and the one warning that always is consistent is IA Domains Caches is out of date.

So what is that? and is it even fixable?
