iOS iAd not appearing

Hi, my iPad app shows the iAd testing ads in the simulator. But it does not shows any ads when downloaded from the App Store. Any ideas on where to look?

Edit: I just checked from iTunes and there are 81 requests already made. Probably I'm not getting ads to my iPad because of my region?

It is possible, where do you live? iAds only work in certain areas, but I don't feel like looking that up right now (sorry)
