Seriously I can understand them being in apps, namely the free ones, but the safari is included with the iphone and I should not have a giant (it takes up 1/3 of the screen in landscape mode) ad on my screen with every page i download when I am surfing the net. To make matters worse it is using up my data to load those freaking ads, I guess I made it to the iPhone too late, the party seems like it is over.

I should have expected "pics or it didn't happen" but here you go. This website has no popups or spam when looked at on a computer, and is the only one I have had this issue on.

Those are ads by Chitika, not iAds. Try again.

I don't see an iAd in there.

iAd's have the iAd logo at the bottom right.

Home button + power button. Try it.

That's just part of that website, I went to it and got the same crap. It's not iAds

sorry, I didnt know the difference, was not trying to pull a fast one on anybody. It is still absurd that I have to deal with these popups, they dont appear on the site normally (using IE).

No biggy thinking it was iads but it is a website website owners have ads that is nothing new.

Maybe your just late to the Internet? Not trying to be mean but come on! If I'm a website owner and want to make ad revenue on my site I would. Just don't visit their site anymore

You might try contacting the webmaster or whoever the contact is for that web site (assuming it's one you have to use frequently enough to care). They might not realize that whatever ad provider they are using is causing the site to be almost unusable on your phone.
