My first app was released last night (*cheap plug alert*), UntraceAnnoy.

Thing is, Googling it returned results from Chinese sites iApp and Appinfo and maybe a couple more (including a twitter feed). Please excuse my inexperience in these things, but are these guys official portals or just normal websites linking to the App Store?
Can some enlighten me here?
