iBlacklist Equivalent App

Is there an app out there like iBlackList that also blocks phone calls? In iBlackList you have the option of making the incoming phone call go to voicemail, make a busy signal or do nothing. Would there be another app out that will leave an automated message saying "This phone number is no longer in service"?

I would like to deter an ex from calling me every so often.

MCleaner does the exact thing as iBlacklist. I don't think there is a way to record a preset message for either program. I didn't like MCleaner because when i tried it out the missed calls still showed up in the regular call history even though they were blocked. iBlacklist has an option that will allow the calls not to show up at all in your call history.
