iBlacklist freezing iPhone 4

I installed iBlacklist last night on a recently jailbroken iPhone 4, running 4.3.2

I am testing it, and while iBlacklist does block the call, the phone becomes virtually unresponsive afterwards and I have to do a reset in order to get it to respond again.

Any ideas?
