Panther 10.3.2 Fully updated

Here is my problem. After doing an archive/install from Jaguar to Panther, I noticed that the battery meter is totally flaking out. It will report 3:20 after a full charge, and when you check again the next second i will be 3:01, every other time I check it goes to 1:34, 4:35, 2:20, and never stabalizes... I have an app called BatteryStatsX from VT and it seems to be more reliable, but still fluctuates way too often.. I recalibrated the battery, no help. I zapped the PRAM/PVRAM, no help. I am at a loss as to what to do here. Should I try reloading Panther from scratch this time? Is my battery toast?

After installing Panther, your software update should show a few upgrades for you to install- a Panther update, a Panther security update and a battery update. Launch Software Update if it doesn't run automatically.
