ibook 700MHz?

I'm about to buy a 700MHz ibook 12" ...

The middle 2002 model, 700MHz, 20GB HD, 16mb VRAM...

My question is, how's that machine gonna handle the Quartz Extreme with the 16mb of VRAM? Is it gonna preform of blow?
