Procedures:
Please call (800) 622-6255 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any returns will be refunded the lower of either the purchase price or current product price.

Any recomendations? I meen could he call up and return it to Mac Mall? If he gets his money back then I wonder when the new iBooks will ship, his iBook should be delivered by the 24th. Any ideas?
