iBook Author: adding PDF

I have some books in pdf which I would like to edit in iBook Author.

I've downloaded iBook Author but can't seem to add any pdf files.

Can anyone help me with this?

You're going to have to copy and paste into iBA I think. Use Preview for this.

Or maybe you could get an app to convert your PDF into a .doc file and import that.

Open in Preview and then copy past page for page.
Its a little annoying but its better then nothing I guess.
