Can anyone tell me what is meant by "Battery health 67%"?

Does this mean that my battery only holds 67% of the charge it could?

It's had 300+ cycles, by the way!

Yes, that's exactly what it means. Take the original spec in mAh and multiply that by 0.67. This is the amount power that your battery can hold/provide.
