Help! My iBook's combo drive won't close. It's a 14" 700MHz from June 2002, had the logic board fixed recently. I had an audio CD in there for a day or two, ejected it, and now the drive won't latch shut. When I push it shut, sometimes it makes a nasty grinding noise, sometimes it makes the normal seek noise, and sometimes it doesn't make any noise at all. Once I release it, the drive (not the speakers) beeps for about 3 seconds. I haven't tried a disc in there yet. Any clues? Is this going to be expensive to fix?
