Hi everyone

I am hoping to buy a new LCD to span with my iBook (new in November).

I have no problems getting a 15" LCD rather than a 17", but was wondering if in fact the screen would be faster (as I will be doing some video editing), with the 15".

Or does it not make any difference?

TIA

Del

nope, the screen size really doesn't matter. What matters is the refresh rate of the LCD panel. A good LCD should have around 16ms refresh rate or less.

By the way, is the DVI the LCD to go for?

Cheers

umm.. iBook only supports the VGA connector with the adapter that came with it. So VGA LCD it should be :D

also you probably know this but you will need the multiple-monitor span hack thingy (software) to do spanning on your iBook... ask in the forums if you have questions on this ...! it works great on me iBook 933mhz G4
