ibook for 350?

I just found a deal for an ibook for $350. It's a g3 500 256/10 HD. Is that worth getting?
There's a thin line that runs through the screen and the battery needs to be replaced.

I just got a G5imac and was thinking of getting this and selling my g3 333 256/60HD imac.

Any thoughts on what I could get on the imac either?
