I bought an ibook g3 500mhz off of ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=270346836202

And the description says cdrom drive with 128mb of ram? I thought that the cdrom version only has 64mb of ram?

THe ibook comes with an orginal airport (b) wireless card. I was wondering is their anyway to get (g) or (n) wifi, maybe through a usb wifi stick or a built in card?

What would run the best on this system osx 10.4, Ubuntu ppc comunity version, Xubuntu, or Yellow dog linux? If i add the max 576mb of ram or hopefully 640mb of ram.

Thanks!

The 128 could be because, there's 64 soldered to the logic board, then a 64MB DIMM in the user serviceable slot
