Ibook g3 harddrive xbench

Hi i ran xbench on my ibook g3, I got an average of 11.45MB/s on the sequential unchached write and read, and an averge of 4.01MB/s on the Random unchahced write and read test.

What I was wondering is if i put this drive:

in this enclosure would I see an improvment, running it from firewire 400.
