I have a ibook G3 800 MHz and when I power it on you hear it boot up and hear the apple sound and the fan spins and everything, but no picture comes up at all. I have three other screens I already tested on another ibook and they work perfect, and when I hooked each one of them up to it, they did the same exact thing, no pic. Can someone please help me trouble shoot this issue I am having or tell me the problem, I am new to working on mac or anything Apple. Thank you for your time.

Generally no video on an iBook means that the graphics chip on the motherboard has come unsoldered over the years. This site explains what happens and a way that it could possibly be fixed. http://geektechnique.org/projectlab/726/diy-obsolete-ibook-logic-board-repair

Good luck!
