I Have Ibook G4 12" and recently bought charger replacement form EBay (refurbished form china i.e. not the original one, but with one year warranty) Once I tried it, it gave me little electric shock through the computer so I send it back. Now I got another one from another seller and it does not work either, I am starting to think that it is actually my computer that is not working, or the first charger burned something such DC-in board. I run tech tool pro extensive test and it seemed to be all fine, the charger should be 45W
I get from system profiler this:

I am on very tight budget and hence unfortunately I only can afford these cheap chargers (not very smart choice) should I replace the DC-in board and the cable? When I connect the charger the icon shows that the charger is connected every few seconds. Or is the charger dysfunctional as it shows that it is only 26w?
Thanks a lot!
