So...I'm trying to dump satellite and one thing I'm missing is shows that I can't pull OTA like stuff on AMC. Itunes has downloads..but instead of watching them on my mac I want to watch them on my 42" HDTV. I can't seem to find much info...I know that I can hook up my tv as an external screen....but is it as sharp an image as broadcast? If anybody can turn me onto what cable I need as well as answering that one question-is it decent viewing...I'd sure appreciate it. I know I can get AppleTv but would rather not have to buy it right now.
