iBook G4 power cuts out on battery

Hi

My iBook G4 occasionally cuts out without warning when it's being powered by the battery.

The battery still seems to have charge - it will light up all 4 charge lights when the button on the battery itself is pressed.

It also boots back up straight away when the power on button is pressed after having cut out.

This has never happened when the iBook is plugged in to the mains supply.

Any ideas?

It sounds like the connector on the battery or the computer, or the circuit board that take the battery power and make it useable by the computer is having a problem. I would suggest finding an Apple Store or Repair Center to have them look at it, because it will need a diagnosing in person.
