My iBook G4 will not start or even the display turn on. When I flip it over, there are no lights in the battery. I read on the ebay listing that the charger may need to be replaced. But, when I tried to plug it in, the charger displayed a green light. I bought a seperate charger and it has yet to arrive. Any advice?

Possibly a dead logic board if the computer will not respond even with hard drive tick-over. It is a part of the logic board circuitry that controls the battery indicator lights also. Sorry to bear bad news. Back up the drive to another computer if possible ASAP.
