iBook iChat with Canon MiniDv

hi i'm having trouble with ichat recognizing my canon zr950 minidv camcorder. it's recognized in imovie, but not ichat. it worked while u had the iUsbCam free trial. please help if you know any items to install to help it recognize. THANKS

if Imovie finds it, it really weird that icaht wont see it... maybe just try restarting, ressetting Pram? and maybe reinstall ichat, since usbcam might have it ****ed up!

yes i have tried macam because i have an eyetoy webcam as well. that did not work. and can u please tell me about pram. what is it? how do i do reset it?
