Ok so I am going to buy 10.5 the day it launches! So my question is does anyone out there have a beta copy of it and can ateast to how it will run on a G4 with..

It will run fine, but more RAM would be good for it...

yea it will run very slow but get your self show ram at the same time you get ur leopard, you should have aleast 2gb, i have 2gb but i am upgrading to 4gb to run leopard

I am personally upgrading to 2GB on my MacBook just because it is cheap right now. I got 2x1GB for $35. So when I do eventually get Leopard I will rip-roarin-and-ready-to-go.

To bad my iBook can only have 1.5 Gbs and where did you get the RAM at that price?

sorry i never owned a G4 or a mac pro, i only owned a macbook pro
