Hi all, I'm calibrating my iBook with the eyeOne and I've set the Target Luminance to 120. However, when I set the screen to be as bright as possible, the best it can get is to around 60 (sometimes more if the eyeOne sits there long enough). Does anyone know if this about the max I can expect, or is there something I'm doing wrong?

CCFL backlights degrade over time, especially in the, well, ...cheaper... panels used by Apple. Considering this is an iBook and not a Macbook, it's probably been around for quite a few years and the brightness has degraded quite a bit.

This is why LED backlighting is very good.
